Minimum of 5 years Salesforce.com and/or CPQ experience
The Business Analyst role is responsible for working with clients to better understand their business processes, identify areas for improvement, help translate business requirements into actionable items and success criteria, assisting in prioritization of work, and maintaining the proper levels of communication.
This role will regularly interact with client business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and other team members of various technical abilities and will transition between technical and business-focused lingo. The Business Analyst will also support testing by working with clients to generate user stories, writing test scripts, and conducting quality assurance.
The Capability Manager is responsible for ensuring sustainable use of current technical capabilities, and the development of future technical capabilities, to meet the strategic and operational objectives of the organization. The Capability Manager is responsible for assisting the organization in better understanding, and effectively integrating/re-aligning the ability or capacity to achieve the strategic and current operational objectives.
The Capability Manager is also responsible for developing and providing innovative solutions that focus on service delivery efficiency.
This is a dynamic client-facing role in which you will collaborate and interact with prospective customers and internal teams to generate new business and also design advanced and innovative solutions. Strong communication skills and a superior work ethic are required, as are a passion for the industry and maturity to be a trusted adviser (internally and externally).
